In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase from Jackofspades.com we will gladly accept a return within 7 days of purchase and a exchange 14 days from purchase.  FREE RETURNS UP-TO 7 DAYS THEIR IS A 8% RESTOCKING FEE PER JEAN. All Discounted orders are only eligible for exchange! Shipping is not refunded on Returns. We do not return/exchange orders that are not bought from the website  

• Your product(s) must be returned new, unused with all garment tags still attached. We are unable to accept merchandise which is not received with these specified conditions.
• If you would like to return your international order, please send items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method.

• If you wish to exchange your purchase from Jackofspades.com for a completely new item or a different size, just follow the steps in the returns process.
• To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided

Posting to your credit card account could take an additional 10 days depending on your credit card company.
• You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed.

• All International orders must be shipped back by the customer's expense if wanting to Return. We accept refunds up to 7 days upon receival.
